A good fit on your cycling shoes is critical for comfort and performance. But as we all know, shoe sizing never seems to be consistent across different brands or even for different models.
Cycling shoes are usually sized in European sizes (for example, 43 instead of 9). And theoretically, European sizes provide a better relationship to the actual size of your foot. But even so, factory calibrations can vary between manufacturers. While Exustar provides a conversion between European and American sizes, these conversions are not always accurate. If you’re a size 9.5, for example, there may not be a corresponding European size.
